Project Overview

Beginner's aerial silk routine required a little bit pull up, upper body strength.

The class always starts with a warm-up to get the heart rate up, followed by some gentle moving stretches.

This workshop will introduce basic moves that will help you achieve more complex or intermediate moves in the future.
