Aerial Hammock Teacher Training

Aerial Hammock Teacher Training (30 Hours)

This is a four-day training course which will start at 10 am to approximately 7.30pm every day.
You will learn how to safely and effectively teach an Aerial Hammock Class and learn all the beginner syllabus moves.
We will cover aerial anatomy, Injury Prevention, Floor warm-ups & cool-downs, health and safety when teaching an aerial class, class management and how to structure a class plan.
No previous experience is needed but you are required to have some experience with the Aerial Hammock before, We recommend for whom already can do straddle in the air on their own.

 

Face-to-face course Aerial Hammock 30HR

[AAA] Aerial Hammock Teacher Training Course Developed by Circus Instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist so the fundamentals of this course will make the class safe and fun.

. This course covers Posture Analysis, The Anatomy of Aerial Exercise & Movement, Aerial Hammock exercise Technique, Description, and Tips.

 

UNIT 1 ANATOMY

To understand the mechanisms of posture within the body in order to look, feel and perform better. A focus on posture puts the whole body into better alignment, which can help improve Aerialist performance and may decrease the propensity for injuries.

 

UNIT 2 WARM-UPS AND COOL DOWN

Mobility and stability exercises improve your range of motion through either dynamic movement or static holds. These two types of exercise are paired together. improve student ability to maintain and move into proper postural alignment.

 

UNIT 3 TEACHING BASIC MOVES 

We will cover the core of Aerial Hammock moves in detail. Considering the key skills needed and effective instructor. in this chapter are examples to give you an idea of what your class could look like.

-Roll Trick, Balancing Trick, Spinning Trick,  Hammock pose, And Drop

 

UNIT 4 CONDITIONING AND INJURY PREVENTION

This chapter discussed how prehabilitation, mobility, and flexibility are all related to each other in the context of keeping student body healthy. Some of the specifics were analyzed on how mobility and flexibility relate to injuries and pain.
