NaturalGreen Yoga
This is a two-day training course which will start at 9 am to approximately 6.30pm every day.You will learn how to safely and effectively teach an Aerial Hoop Class and learn all the beginner syllabus moves.
We will cover aerial anatomy, Injury Prevention, Floor warm-ups & cool-downs, health and safety when teaching an aerial class, class management and how to structure a class plan.
No previous experience is needed but you are required to have some experience with the Aerial Hoop before, We recommend for whom already can do straddle in the air on their own.
